The Samaritans are a confidential space to talk about what is troubling you at any time of day or night.  You can find them online here or phone them on 116123 free from any phone. 

The Haven at 30 Clarence Street offers NHS out of hours (6pm-11pm every day) mental health support for those aged over 16.  You can call them on 07483 141310 or email at Haven.mhm@nhs.net (monitored 9am-5pm and 6pm-11pm everyday)
